und Ich bin seit 2015 Teil von Deutsche Bank. Ich arbeite derzeit im AQR-Team/ ERM Vollzeit. Ich bin auch Mama von 2 Kinder. Es wäre mir eine große Freude und Ehre, die Kolleginnen und Kollegen als Schwerbehindertenvertretung zu unterstützen.
Ein inklusives und respektvolles Arbeitsumfeld, in dem sich alle gehört und wertgeschätzt fühlen, liegt mir sehr am Herzen. Mit einer offenen und kooperativen Haltung möchte ich dazu beitragen, dass Kolleginnen und Kollegen die Unterstützung und Berücksichtigung erhalten, die sie benötigen.
