My name is Gaby Wurzler – I am your person of trust for disabled employees of the Deutsche Bank in Berlin.

Since 22 years I am engaged for the interests of people with severe handicaps (schwerbehindert) and colleagues that are rated into the same level (gleichgestellt) by the integration authority. In these years I was able to achieve some important agreement.
I built up a broad knowledge, much expertise and a dense network. My service as your person of trust was constantly changing.
The most demanding, but also fascinating time has been the Covid-19-pandemic since spring 2020. In side-effect also my work transformed to a more digital way, in the framework of legislation and guidelines. As a result the possibilities to encourage you and to be at your side have enlarged significantly.
In this October 2022 I’ll be again your candidate in the election to the person of trust for handicapped employees, together with Norman Schuster and Verena Lorenz.
